About Dom Gangemi 

 

WFS (Worldwide Football Scouting) is an Australian company that specialises in the identification and development of football talent from the age of 10 onwards. 

WWFS operates throughout Australia via our network of approved scouts.

 

To help you reach your maximum potential, we use experts in their fields, which include:

• professional coaches with UEFA licences and thirty years of experience 

• coaches who are currently coaching at the professional and academy levels

• specialists in sports psychology and football conditioning

• collaboration with local Sport Science University departments for specific football and conditioning tests

 

WFS collaborates with the best-recruiting agencies and registered FFA/FIFA Football Agents, both international and local, as well as interacting directly with professional clubs, to give you the best opportunities based on your potential and age while at the same time mentoring you on your football future and decisions.

The director of the company is Domenico Gangemi, pro-UEFA. A coach and professional licenced scout, a talent scout for Atalanta BC, and other professional clubs.

Currently, Dom is the Atalanta BC representative for Australia, setting up two affiliations with Servite College in Perth and CB Lewisham in Sydney. "These are the first international affiliations in 150 years of the history of Atalanta BC. 

The opportunity to work closely with Atalanta Academy has exponentially grown Dom's knowledge and expertise in player development and talent identification.

With more than 30 years of experience in youth development and a Diploma in Sport Psychology, Dom has worked for clubs like Juventus FC, UC Sampdoria, and many others.​

Dom participated as a speaker at an international webinar with the maximum experts in youth development. 

Recently, Dom's soccer philosophy was included among the 20 best of the leading experts in Italian youth football, such as "Mario Beretta, Maurizio Seno, Cadregari, and many others." ​

Dom was born in Australia but moved back to Italy at a young age with his family. At the age of 42, after a life spent coaching and scouting in Italy, he made the decision to move back to Australia to give his children a better life and to create WWFS (Worldwide Football Scouting) to assist and develop Australian players to reach their goals, putting together a massive network of professionals for your service.
